Updates seem to be scarce these days, but to all our loyal supporters do not worry. We care about art but most importantly we love all our unyielding supporters. For that reason, we want to let all of you in on privaledged information of what the studio has been going through; i.e, an informal rant of the studio team.
While trying their best to be united as a studio, the studio members have been in separate locations. This doesn't allow us to get through our deadlines in the time we would like, but we do sacrifice alot to be a completly united team as much as we can to get through our deadlines. These deadlines include a first time debut anthology, which we've roped along the passionately talented Ashley Woods to contribute to the Ground Up Studios family. Check out her awesome works by clicking on her name. In addition to the anthology, Ground Up is literally slaving away by putting together their new MEGA artbook edition. A whole new flavor and look to this artbook compared to the first concept-art-driven book. See a glimpse of our first artbook in the BBS article section. The new artbook will be a behemoth collection of nearly 100 pages of art. Promoting Ground Up's most highly significant project titles, this book will have a mixture of a graphic design and digital illustration feel.
With that said, we are always continuing to dabble our creativity in other venues. Everyone at Ground Up Studios is deeply rooted in animation, so works in animated internet shows have been planned and is something we are itching to fully dive into. |
